wd-05d445d5\">With the rapid adoption of new energy heavy-duty trucks in coal transportation, port logistics and bulk cargo transportation, the demand for high-power charging infrastructure in Zoucheng, Jining continued to grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-8ef2c2fa\">The project is located in a core industrial logistics area of Zoucheng, surrounded by coal transportation companies and logistics parks. As the number of new energy heavy-duty trucks increased, the station operator estimated that peak daily charging demand could exceed 300 charging sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To meet long-term operation needs for the next five years and beyond, the project adopted an integrated energy station design combining ultra-fast charging, energy storage  <p>\n        Heavy-duty truck charging stations have clear peak and valley electricity\n        consumption characteristics. Full reliance on grid power would increase\n        basic electricity and capacity charges.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"dhdl-challenge-card\">\n      <h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tight_Project_Schedule\"><\/span>Tight Project Schedule<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n      <p>\n        The customer required the station to be commissioned before the peak\n        transportation season, leaving limited time for equipment manufacturing,\n        delivery and site installation.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n  <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-9288d277\">Why the Customer Chose DHDL<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-868bd7b7\">After several rounds of technical communication and solution comparison, the customer selected DHDL as the main power equipment supplier for this project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-bcd234b3\">DHDL was able to provide not only 35kV main transformers, but also box-type substations, energy storage step-up equipment, photovoltaic modules, DC charging piles and intelligent operation support for an integrated solar-storage-charging station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With previous experience in integrated photovoltaic, energy storage and charging projects, DHDL helped the customer optimize the overall power supply structure according to the actual operation scenario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-70cef39e\">DHDL Solution<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-5446cd97\">To address the high-power charging load, DHDL designed a power supply architecture consisting of two 20MVA main transformers and sixteen 2500kVA box-type substations. This structure improved power distribution capacity while reducing the risk of single-point failure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-ea28a811\">To reduce operating costs, the project was equipped with a 4MWp photovoltaic system and a 10MW \/ 20MWh energy storage system. During the daytime, photovoltaic power is prioritized for charging operation. At night, the storage system can be charged with valley electricity. During peak hours, the storage system discharges to support charging loads and reduce overall electricity costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To ensure project delivery, DHDL established a dedicated production team to track the entire process from drawing confirmation and production scheduling to equipment shipment, helping the customer keep the project on schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-d557ff7f\">Delivery Timeline<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-ea12ca51\">The project started equipment procurement in November 2025. The main transformer production cycle was 45 days, the box-type substation production cycle was 35 days, and the energy storage system production cycle was 40 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first batch of equipment was shipped on the 38th day after contract signing. All equipment was delivered within 60 days, and the overall equipment arrival was completed 7 days ahead of the planned schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-a605af43\">Customer Feedback<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-f844ff2f\">After the project was put into operation, the station achieved a maximum daily charging volume of more than 80,000kWh. The main transformers and box-type substations operated normally, and the energy storage system effectively reduced electricity costs during peak periods. The customer stated that DHDL provided not only equipment, but a complete power distribution solution for the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-8aa9f523\">Follow-up Cooperation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-c4ef3ead\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-f5d22fd5\">After stable operation of the project, both parties established a long-term cooperation relationship. In early 2026, the customer began planning the second phase of the Zoucheng heavy-duty truck energy supply station, and DHDL continued to participate in the preliminary power distribution solution design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The two parties are also discussing future energy storage expansion. Further cooperation is expected in heavy-duty truck charging stations, solar-storage-charging integrated projects and new energy infrastructure development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-1ae0107c\">Delivery and Result<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-e1db2519\">The production order was officially released in March 2025. From material preparation to final factory testing, the whole process took 38 days. After testing was completed, the transformer was shipped by sea to Laem Chabang Port in Thailand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project was completed five days earlier than the contractual delivery schedule. After the equipment arrived on site, it was successfully installed, energized, and put into operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-27cebdd0\"> After one month of operation, the customer reported that the transformer was running stably and all operating    parameters met the design requirements.
